What We Do
Not forgetting the big picture!
Our final group of tasks brings everyone together in the “Big Team”, and identifies the need -
- to share skills and resources;
- for delegation; and
- for a vision of the big picture in situations that use all of the previous experiences.
There is also the opportunity to create a “planning office” and several “field teams” to identify and overcome the problems that can arise without effective communication and strong leadership.
Vital information is often lost through “short handing” details. The “Big Team” activities focus attention on this aspect of project management, together with -
- identification and coordination of individual aspects of a larger task;
- allocation of resources;
- recognition of the skills of individual team members and their efficient use; and
- the ability to implement multi-skilling.
